Been working with Scott for a long time and every time we start on a new goal whether it's cutting or bulking he follows everything on the plan and gets his diet in check and the results take care of themselves.
12 week cut for his holiday looking amazing, biggest and leanest he's been since we've started working together and time to go and enjoy the holiday now ππ½π»βοΈ

What my current diet looks like π
Pretty much what I eat everyday. Also eggs and then having a protein shake and protein bar most days also!
Keeping your diet simple and eating the same foods (for me) is the easiest way to stay on track. Using myfitnesspal to track my food to make sure I hit my protein and calorie goals each day ππΌ

Home workouts have been great since moving to Sydney. If you're lacking motivation or drive to get your workouts done then ask yourself why you're doing it in the first place. Then set yourself a goal or goals whether it's for aesthetics or for performance. Get a training plan in place specific to your goals and do the same with your diet, they go hand in hand. Then most importantly be consistent!! ππΌ
