This one is called 'The Perfect Spot' 👌

One of our designers did this as a pass time project where his intension was to demonstrate how the location and unification of a building in an environment can have a significant factor to its overall ambience.

Four apartment complex. All four units were designed with identical floor orientations and could be customized to suit your desired requirements.

This design could easily be phased over a life time for persons who has long term aspirations for rental income.
