💗 Together, we did it.
£70,000 raised for Cancer Research UK. Every step taken, every donation made, and every word of support helped make a difference.
This medal isn’t just for crossing a finish line. It’s for every fighter, every survivor, every family affected, and every life we’re helping to save.
Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, supported, and believed in the cause. This achievement belongs to all of us.
One day, cancer will hear the words:
“Game Over.” 💪🎗️

The strongest men aren’t the ones who never struggle. They’re the ones who struggle every day and keep going anyway.
⚠️ Read this again:
Suicidal people don’t get enough credit for the battles they win in silence.
Every day there are people fighting thoughts nobody knows about. People smiling while carrying pain. People showing up for work, for family, for friends, while fighting a war in their own minds.
This post is for every man who wanted to give up but didn’t.
For every man who chose to stay.
For every man who is still here despite the weight he’s been carrying.
You may not feel strong.
You may not feel brave.
You may not feel like you’ve achieved anything.
But if you’re still here, still fighting, still taking another step forward…
That matters.
Keep going.
People need you.
Your story isn’t finished.

Mental Health Awareness Week 💚
(May 11th – May 17th)
Your mental health matters — every single day, not just when life feels heavy.
This week is a reminder to pause and check in:
Are you resting enough?
Are you speaking kindly to yourself?
Are you carrying things you were never meant to carry alone?
Strength isn’t pretending you’re okay.
Strength is asking for support, setting boundaries, and choosing healing over silence.
Take a breath.
Reach out to someone.
Move your body.
Protect your peace.
You don’t have to struggle quietly.
If this message resonates, save it, share it, and check on someone who might need it today.

Not every struggle is visible.
Some people fight battles you will never see.
They show up smiling while carrying pain, anxiety, trauma, exhaustion, or invisible illness.
Kindness costs nothing — but it can mean everything to someone silently struggling.
Before judging… pause.
Before assuming… understand.
Before reacting… choose empathy.
Because not all disabilities are visible — and compassion should never be optional. 💚
Save this as a reminder to lead with kindness.
