Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Staff position located in Colombo. The Kitchen Staff will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting with cleaning and organizing. The role also involves ensuring a smooth workflow in the kitchen to meet customer satisfaction effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

Food Preparation and Cooking skills, with experience in handling various recipes and ingredients
Strong understanding and practice of Hygiene standards and kitchen safety protocols
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with team members and delivering excellent service
Customer Service skills to ensure a positive dining experience for patrons
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment and work well under pressure
Prior experience in a commercial kitchen or relevant certification in culinary arts is a added advantage.
