Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 399 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) under the Express Entry system, targeting candidates in the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).
📅 Draw Date: December 15, 2025
🎯 Minimum CRS Score: 731
📊 Invitations Issued: 399
🏅 Rank Required: 399 or above
⏱ Tie-breaking Rule: October 18, 2025 at 07:18:52 UTC
If multiple candidates had the same CRS score, invitations were issued based on the date and time their Express Entry profiles were submitted.
