Maruti Suzuki Alto 800

The car comes with a F8D, 3- cylinder, 796 cc, 12 valve engine. The engine is mated to a 5 speed manual gearbox as well. There is a 32 bit microprocessor combined with the power- mill which produces a lot of torque output for the car.

The Maruti Alto certainly looks sportier than all its predecessors. The front has received a huge overhaul. It has a newly styled two part radiator front grille. The grille comes with a strip of chrome that is hexagonal in shape.The black and the chrome form a really good combination as well. The split grille is mounted on a bumper, which is body colored. The grille is surrounded by the fenders which are quite prominent. This makes them really efficient and strong enough to handle the frame of the car as well. The car also comes with door handles that are body colored, deep lines that run along the body of the car and really smart and sturdy looking wheels. The windscreen space is also quite large. The tail lamp that comes with the car is smarter looking than the previous ones.

One of the biggest aspects of the car is the fact that the interior spaces have been widely increased. The seating has become really comfortable- the car is now big enough to seat around five people. There are cozy seats along with a lot of leg room and there is ample space for luggage as well.The cockpit area has received a major makeover, with the new dashboard looking very modern and practical at the same time. The dashboard now has a V shaped panel in the centre as well. The music system and the AC vents are also in the dashboard.

The car comes with a really amazing power steering that provides the driver with really good control. There are power windows in the car, storage space for the driver side, and a digital clock. There is also an efficient air conditioning, a large glvoe box, bottle holders, etc. The air conditioning also provides one with a climate control system for the car. Of course, Maruti has not forgotten anything about the safety features of the car. One has a lot of safety features inbuilt in the car, such as driver airbag (only in the petrol high- end version, though), collapsible steering, engine immobilization system, radial tubeless tyres, headlight leveling etc.
