A dynamic and innovative company in the Solar Energy space with over 8 years’ experience, based in Colombo 03, catering to both the commercial and domestic markets is on the look out for Electricians.

NVQ Level 4 qualification in Electrical Engineering OR a minimum of 2 years industry experience with good practical knowledge.

Our client serves the renewable energy sector of Sri Lanka and is looking for a dynamic and capable individual to join the team to handle Procurement and Logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing for Local & International Procurement
Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Reviewing and recommending products and services to be purchased.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Liaising with the Stores team on stock related activities.
Following up with freight forwarders on shipments & ensuring goods as per schedule.

Candidate Profile:
Holding a recognized diploma level qualification in Procurement or Supply Chain management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar field would be ideal. Exposure to procurement in an engineering field would be an added advantage but not essential.
Ability to grasp knowledge of products & maintain rapport with suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Attention to detail.
