We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. The selected candidates will be offered a full training of our products. Along-with a basic salary, the Business Development Manager will be able to earn commissions by achieving monthly targets.

Job Roles and Responsibilities
---------------------------------
- Promote our existing solutions to potential customers
- Identify the market needs and co-ordinate with the development team to develop new solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the Management
- Provide a summarized performance report to the Management, every month

Required Skills
-----------------
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing or minimum of 3 years experience in Sales (preferably IT Software solutions)
- Ability to communication in English efficiently.
- Should be able to travel to meet customers and conduct presentation as and when needed.
