அதன்படி ஜூலை 15-ம் திகதி சர்வதேச இளைஞர் திறன் தினத்தை முன்னிட்டு ஜூலை 15 முதல் 23 வரை வாரம் முழுவதும் நாடு முழுவதிலும் உள்ள சகல பிரதேச செயலகங்களிலும் காலை 9.00 முதல் மாலை 4.00 வரை இளைஞர் யுவதிகளின் திறனை பரீட்சிக்கும் நேர்முகப் பரீட்சை நடாத்தப்படுவதற்கு திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
