AI Aptitude Accelerator වැඩමුළුව: අනාගතය සඳහා කුසලතා සවිබල ගැන්වීම

AI Aptitude Accelerator වැඩසටහන තාක්ෂණික දැනුමෙන් පරිපූර්ණ වූ තරුණ වෘත්තිකයන් බිහිකිරීම අරමුණු කරගනිමින් ආරම්භ කර ඇත. විශ්වවිද්‍යාල සිසුන් ඇතුළු තරුණ ප්‍රජාවේ තාක්ෂණික නිපුණතාවයන් වර්ධනය කිරීම තුළින් ඩිජිටල් ආර්ථිකයේ අනාගත රැකියා සඳහා අවැසි කුසලතාවයෙන් හෙබි දැනුමෙන් පිරිපුන් ප්‍රජාවක් බිහි කිරීම මෙම වැඩසටහන තුළින් ඉලක්ක කර ඇත.

AI Aptitude Accelerator යටතේ සංවිධානය කරනු ලැබූ දෙවන වැඩසටහන 2025 පෙබරවාරි 27 වන දින මාතර රුහුණු විශ්වවිද්‍යාල පරිශ්‍රයේ දී සාර්ථකව පැවැත්වුණු අතර එය ශ්‍රී ලංකා තොරතුරු හා සන්නිවේදන තාක්ෂණ නියෝජිතායතනය (ICTA) සහ රුහුණු විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයීය පරිගණක විද්‍යා අධ්‍යනාංශය එක්ව සංවිධානය කරනු ලැබිණි.

එම AI Aptitude Accelerator වැඩමුළුව සමීස අබේසිංහ මහතා විසින් මෙහෙයවනු ලැබූ අතර වැඩමුළුව සඳහා සහභාගී වූ විවිධ විෂය ධාරාවන් වලින් අධ්‍යාපනය ලබන විශ්ව විද්‍යාල සිසුන් හට ඔවුන්ගේ AI දැනුම හා හැකියාවන් වර්ධනය කරගැනීමට අවස්ථාව උදා විය.

AI திறமைகள் மேம்பாட்டு பணிமனையம்: எதிர்காலத்திற்குத் தயாரான திறமைகளை உருவாக்குதல்

AI Aptitude Accelerator (ஏஐ திறமைகள் மேம்பாட்டு பணிமனையம்) என்பது புதிய தலைமுறை தொழில்முனைவோருக்குத் தேவையான டிஜிட்டல் திறன்களை வழங்குவதன் மூலம், ஏஐ சார்ந்த தொழிலாளர்களை உருவாக்கும் ஒரு முயற்சி ஆகும். இக் கூடுதல் திறமைகள் மேம்பாட்டு திட்டம், பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்களையும் இளைஞர்களையும் பரிணாமமாகும் டிஜிட்டல் பொருளாதாரத்தில் வெற்றி பெறச் செய்வதோடு, எதிர்கால தொழில் வாய்ப்புகளுக்குத் தயாராக உதவுகிறது.

இணையத் தகவல் மற்றும் தொடர்பாடல் தொழில்நுட்ப முகமை (ICTA) மற்றும் ருகுண பல்கலைக்கழக கணினி அறிவியல் துறையுடன் இணைந்து, 2025 பெப்ரவரி 27ஆம் தேதி, ருகுண பல்கலைக்கழகம், மாத்தறையில் இந்த பட்டறை நடைபெற்றது. திரு. சமிஸா அபேசிங்க தலைமையில் நடத்தப்பட்ட இப்பணிமனையில், பல துறைகளிலிருந்து வந்த பல்கலைக்கழக மாணவர்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு, ஏஐ திறன்களை வளர்த்துக் கொண்டு, எதிர்கால தொழில்நுட்ப உலகிற்குத் தயாரானார்கள்.

AI Aptitude Accelerator Workshop: Empowering Future-Ready Talent

The AI Aptitude Accelerator is shaping the next generation of AI-driven professionals by equipping young talent with essential digital skills. This initiative empowers undergraduates and youth to thrive in the evolving digital economy and prepare for future-ready careers.

The latest session, organized by the Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) in collaboration with the Department of Computer Science, University of Ruhuna, took place on February 27, 2025, at the University of Ruhuna, Matara. Led by Mr. Samisa Abeysinghe, the workshop brought together undergraduates from diverse disciplines, fostering AI capacity and preparing them for the future of technology.

Building on this success, we look forward to expanding the AI Aptitude Accelerator program, collaborating with universities, industry leaders, and partners to drive AI skills development and innovation across various sectors.

Together, let's shape a digitally empowered Sri Lanka!

As part of the Integrated Capacity Building Approach for Organizational Digital Government Transformation, ICTA conducted a six-day Foundation Capacity Building Training Program under the NextGenGov Initiative, with 60 government officials from the Employees' Trust Fund Board.
These sessions aimed to enhance digital literacy and technological skills among government officials. It aimed to leverage ICT for effective governance and community development while equipping participants with valuable knowledge, tools, and practical skills. Additionally, it aimed to facilitate effective digital transformation and promote collaboration.
A heartfelt thank you all to our amazing volunteer resource persons and NextGenGov Master Trainers for conducting an inspiring session! Your knowledge and enthusiasm have empowered the officials from the ETF Board, and we're incredibly grateful for your time and dedication. You all truly make a difference!
