Our Story
Being part of the legal profession for the last ten years, I received alot of enquiries from my friends and colleagues who live away from home, on legal and real estate issues that they encounter in Sri Lanka. It came to my attention that they often find it hard to get the right advice specially due to the fact that they are far away from Sri Lanka and they do not have a one-stop point to obtain legal advice from afar. I understood that it was necessary to establish a trusted professional partner in Sri Lanka to cater to the needs of Sri Lankans living abroad.
To fill these lacunae I used my skills and contacts with well qualified and experienced professionals ranging in fields of law, land survey, valuations and real estate. In collaboration with my reliable, trusted and professional colleagues I commenced this journey by establishing “Chambers LK" in March 2019.
