We’re proud to share that our senior YAC member, Heshan Niluminda—who also serves as the Chairperson of the Diversity and Solidarity Trust (DAST)—had the honour of participating in a special gathering hosted by Acting High Commissioner Lisa Whanstall and the British High Commission team. 🌈

The event brought together a diverse group of individuals advocating for greater protections and rights for the LGBT+ community across 🇱🇰. Heshan’s presence at this space reflects not only his continued commitment to equality and justice, but also the values that drive our collective every day.

We are so proud to have such passionate and dedicated activists like Heshan among us. Together, we keep pushing for a more inclusive, equal, and safer Sri Lanka for all. 🏳️‍🌈💪

✨ Once again, the Young Activist Collective (YAC) had the pleasure of hosting a magical Tarot Reading session by our very own young activist, Dinushi Halloluwa, at the Carnival! 🃏🔮

A heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who stopped by to get your tarot cards read — your energy, curiosity, and support made it all the more special. 💫

We also extend our deepest gratitude to the YAC members who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this a successful and vibrant event. 🙌
