2007 අංක 07 දරණ සමාගම් පනතට අනුව, සමාගමක ලියාපදිංචි ලිපිනය වෙනස් කිරීමේදී අනුගමනය කළ යුතු නිවැරදි ක්‍රියාපටිපාටිය සහ e-ROC පද්ධතිය හරහා එය සිදුකරන ආකාරය.

✅ අනුගමනය කළ යුතු පියවර:

අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩල අනුමැතිය: ප්‍රථමයෙන් සමාගමේ අධ්‍යක්ෂ මණ්ඩලය රැස්වී ලිපිනය වෙනස් කිරීම සඳහා වන යෝජනාව සම්මත කරගත යුතුය.

දින 15ක කාලසීමාව: ලිපිනය වෙනස් කර වැඩකරන දින 15ක් ඇතුළත ඒ පිළිබඳව සමාගම් රෙජිස්ට්‍රාර්වරයා (ROC) දැනුවත් කිරීම අනිවාර්ය වේ.

අවශ්‍ය පෝරමය: මේ සඳහා Form 13 (ලිපිනය වෙනස් කිරීමේ නිවේදනය) ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.

💻 e-ROC පද්ධතිය හරහා මාර්ගගතව (Online) සිදුකරන ආකාරය:

දැන් ඔබට ඉතා පහසුවෙන් e-ROC වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා මෙම ක්‍රියාවලිය සිදුකළ හැකිය:

- Log in වීම: ඔබගේ සමාගම් ගිණුමට e-ROC වෙබ් අඩවිය හරහා පිවිසෙන්න.

- Form 13 තේරීම: 'Change of Address' යටතේ ඇති Form 13 තෝරා නව ලිපිනය සහ වෙනස් වූ දිනය නිවැරදිව ඇතුළත් කරන්න.

- Signature: අධ්‍යක්ෂවරයෙකු හෝ ලේකම්වරයෙකු විසින් අත්සන යොදා පෝරමය තහවුරු කළ යුතුය.

- ගෙවීම් සිදුකිරීම: අදාළ රජයේ ගාස්තුව (Processing Fee) Online මගින් ගෙවා රිසිට්පත ලබාගන්න.

- අනුමැතිය: සමාගම් රෙජිස්ට්‍රාර් කාර්යාලය විසින් පෝරමය පරීක්ෂා කර අනුමත කළ පසු, ඔබේ සමාගමේ නව ලිපිනය පද්ධතියේ යාවත්කාලීන වේ.

නියමිත දින 15 ඇතුළත ලිපිනය වෙනස් කිරීම දැනුම් දීමට අපොහොසත් වුවහොත් දඩ මුදල් ගෙවීමට සිදුවිය හැක.
