At CBBS, we learned not only the technical side of coffee roasting but also the real experience behind specialty coffee, roasting profiles, bean selection, roasting techniques, quality control, cupping, and much more. We were lucky to learn from Mr. Bandara, who is truly one of the best coaches. He shared all of his knowledge and experience with us without holding anything back, and he always motivated us to improve.

We had a great learning experience and many good memories with him. I’m truly grateful for everything I learned at CBBS.
