Our Precious Pugster Girl (2009 - 2023)

With very heavy hearts, we said goodbye to our beloved Puggy girl. She truly was a rockstar, a champ who overcame many hurdles over the years but always did it with a SMILE & a zest for life.

Our little Kootz lived large, so live large like Puggy, love fiercely! 🤍

She taught us many lessons without saying a word. We are honoured to have had the opportunity to do life with her.

So yesterday, we said goodbye to our bestest friend. Mad love to one of the sweetest, loyal and kind creations that God had blessed us with to love and to be loved by.

We lost a real one yesterday. My Pugga, you will be missed, until we meet you again, have a blast in heaven with my Izzy Schatzie!

Meet Puggy 🤍 One of the strongest girls I have had. She was meant for us from day 1. Her story began when the lady who was to take her home changed her mind, a week later once she lost her right eye. Her eager yes turned to a no the second they saw her. But that 'no' was the biggest blessing I never prayed for. She was meant to be with us and we took her in. This girl has been a part of our lives for more than 11 years now. I am her big sister and moments with her are that more special as she gets older and her body gets worn.

Her sight and hearing are getting weaker. bumping into things and having trouble locating a toy on the floor is her norm. She still shadows me every single second of the day. And her heart is as young as ever and she brings so much of love into every room. Some things have never changed and she still prefers humans to her own kind and absolutely adores being fussed over. Her muzzle might be greying but she is still the perkiest, bravest and most affectionate little pug that I know! 🤍

Ageing is a normal part of life and with some vigilance and attention to your dog’s health, we can transform their tomorrows into their “golden years.”
