මෙම අවස්ථාවට ජාත්‍යන්තර මානව හිමිකම් ආරක්ෂණ කේන්ද්‍රයේ අධ්‍යක්ෂක ජනරාල් ආචාර්ය රිස්වාන් කාසිම් මැතිතුමාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන්, පොළොන්නරුව දිස්ත්‍රික් ප්‍රාදේශීය ලේකම්, දිස්ත්‍රික් රෝහලේ නියෝජ්‍ය අධ්‍යක්ෂතුමා, ජ්‍යෙෂ්ඨ පොලිස් අධිකාරීතුමා සහ දිස්ත්‍රික් මට්ටමේ නිලධාරීන් රැසක් සහභාගී වූහ.

එමෙන්ම දිස්ත්‍රික් අධ්‍යක්ෂක, නියෝජ්‍ය අධ්‍යක්ෂක, ලේකම්, සම්බන්ධීකාරක, නියෝජ්‍ය සම්බන්ධීකාරක, සාමාජිකයින් සහ තරුණ සාමාජිකයින්ගේ සක්‍රීය සහභාගීත්වය මෙම සාකච්ඡාවට විශේෂ වටිනාකමක් එක් කළේය.

👉 ජනතාවගේ මානව හිමිකම් ආරක්ෂා කිරීම හා ප්‍රවර්ධනය කිරීම සම්බන්ධයෙන් ඉදිරි ක්‍රියාමාර්ග පිළිබඳ සාර්ථක අදහස් හුවමාරුවක් සිදු කරන ලදී.

சர்வதேச மனித உரிமைகள் பாதுகாப்பு மையத்தினால் பொலன்னறுவை மாவட்டத்தின் இயக்குநர், துணை இயக்குநர், ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர்கள் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கிடையில் சிறப்பு கலந்துரையாடல் ஒன்று ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டு வெற்றிகரமாக நடைபெற்றது.

இந்த நிகழ்வில் சர்வதேச மனித உரிமைகள் பாதுகாப்பு மையத்தின் பணிப்பாளர் நாயகம் டாக்டர் ரிஸ்வான் காசிம் அவர்களின் தலைமையில், பொலன்னறுவை மாவட்ட பிரதேச செயலாளர், மாவட்ட வைத்தியசாலையின் துணை இயக்குநர், மூத்த பொலிஸ் அதிகாரி மற்றும் பல மாவட்ட நிலை அதிகாரிகள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.

அதேபோல் மாவட்ட இயக்குநர், துணை இயக்குநர், செயலாளர், ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர், துணை ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர், உறுப்பினர்கள் மற்றும் இளைஞர் உறுப்பினர்களின் செயற்பாட்டு பங்கேற்பும் இந்த கலந்துரையாடலுக்கு சிறப்பு மதிப்பை சேர்த்தது.

👉 மக்களின் மனித உரிமைகளை பாதுகாக்கவும் மேம்படுத்தவும் எதிர்கால நடவடிக்கைகள் குறித்து பயனுள்ள கருத்துப்பகிர்வு நடைபெற்றது.

📌 Successful Special Discussion Held

A special discussion organized by the International Human Rights Movement was successfully held, bringing together the District Director, Deputy Director, coordinators, and members of the Polonnaruwa District.

The event was conducted under the leadership of Director General Dr. Rizwan Cassim , with the participation of the Polonnaruwa District Divisional Secretary, Deputy Director of the District Hospital, Senior Superintendent of Police, and several district-level officials.

Additionally, the active participation of the District Director, Deputy Director, Secretary, coordinators, deputy coordinators, members, and youth members added significant value to the discussion.

👉 Productive exchanges of ideas were carried out regarding future actions to protect and promote the human rights of the people.

⚖️ பொலிஸ் ஆய்வாளரின் தலையீட்டின் மூலம், இது அழுத்தத்தின் காரணமாகக் கூறப்பட்ட வாக்குமூலமாக இருக்கலாம் என்று சந்தேகிக்கப்பட்டது.

We, along with Ms. Mini Muthu, who is in charge of women's affairs from Matara District, acted on the instructions of the Director and Mr. Viswan, and together with the Thihagoda Police, took important steps regarding this incident. 👮‍♂️ The suspect has been arrested and remanded for 14 days. 🏠 We went to the house of the girl involved in the incident and discussed with her parents. She – Shalani Kaushalya (age 18) – has refused a medical examination and stated in court that no assault took place. ⚖️ With the intervention of the Police Inspector, it was suspected that this could be a statement made under pressure. 📍 Therefore, the person named Amal Dilshan (age 21) was remanded for 14 days. 📊 We were able to obtain a lot of important information regarding this incident, from her mother, Mrs. Surangi, and father, Mr. Priyantha. ➡️ Tomorrow, arrangements have been made to go to her place and investigate further. ❓ Question: Once a child turns 18, don't parents have the right to look after them? 🙏 Because we came forward, we were able to bring this situation to a legal level.
