Homemade Seafood Paella

Made with:
A Seafood stock made from roasted fish head and prawn heads.

Basmati Rice cooked with Onions, Garlic, Bell Peppers, Capsicum (for a little zing), White Wine, Saffron, Paprika and Tomatoe Paste.

Topped with halved Prawns, crab meat and cuttlefish

Garnished with Parsley and Lemon Juice.
