The Citra Fellowship Executive Programme 2026 kicked off today.

Now in its fifth iteration, the programme equips public sector leaders with futures thinking, systems approaches, and innovation tools to drive meaningful, citizen-centred change.

Implemented in collaboration with the Presidential Secretariat, the Prime Minister’s Office, and the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA), and supported by UNDP through the FutureGov initiative, the Fellowship brings together leaders to reimagine the future of public service.

Day 0 was all about grounding, connecting, and setting the tone for the journey ahead — from first introductions to forming teams and a shared purpose.

And this is just the beginning.
