But their values live on in us.
आज तू पण गेलीस…… and something inside me shifted forever.

You taught me so much—without lectures, without noise.
Discipline. Home management. Saving water, switching off lights.
You taught me how to cook,without wasting food
How to keep food at room temperature when there was no fridge,
how to plan an entire day, how to live systematically.

You showed me how to be presentable, graceful, and grounded.
In those days, you got ready so traditionally—
basic grooming, dignity, quiet strength.

You taught me to stay within limits,
not to utter unnecessary words.
To listen first…
not to react or answer immediately.(which I didn’t listen to you 🙄my bad )
So many of these lessons, I didn’t imbibe then.
But today, I realise—
your advice is echoing in my life, one by one.

You taught me games like patt—
ancient game from the Mahabharata.!!!
The list is endless…
yet today, there is such a painful distance.

I still can’t believe it.

Mamaai, I love you.
I would have loved to meet you there,
to talk to you endlessly.
I know—you were always proud of me.

Your gift—
those old 2 tambyachi bhandi—
are still with me.
Your souvenir.
Cherish them forever .

Nice spending time with you in this janam.
Maybe we’ll meet again in the next chapter…
