We were delighted to host our Breakfast Seminar in Oslo, bringing together technology leaders and professionals to explore one important question, how can AI reshape the future of software delivery?
A special highlight of the morning was the launch of Xianix, our open-source AI platform built to help organizations rethink software delivery for the AI era. 🚀

A few weeks ago, we welcomed the Hatteland team to our Sri Lankan office, continuing a partnership that has grown for over 10 years. 🚀☺
Alongside strategy discussions and AI workshops, one of the highlights was a scavenger hunt around Galle, where the teams were split into two groups to explore the city, connect with locals, and experience something completely different from the usual way of working. From golfing to team dinners and plenty of laughs in between, the visit was filled with great conversations, shared experiences, and stronger connections as one team. ❤

This year, Avurudu at 99x began with a different kind of energy. 😍
Celebrating the spirit of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year, we Xians gathered around kavili tables that vanished in minutes, engaged into games that got way too competitive, and cheered through crowning our Avurudu Kumaras all while trying to crack the mystery of the Sangawunu Amuththa.🥳
But beyond all the fun and excitement, it was the little moments in between that stood out, reconnecting with each other and just enjoying the day for what it was. ❤️☺️

2026 started with a clear shift not just in AI, but in how we respond to it. The past few months have been a real value addition at 99x, as we began rethinking how we work, gradually moving from SDLC towards an AI-DLC approach. Alongside that, the quarter has been wholesome in the best way. Welcoming customers, launching new initiatives, building on platforms like Xiana, experimenting with new ideas, coming together as teams, and being awarded across major industry platforms.
But more than anything, it’s our Xians behind it that stand out. The effort, the curiosity, the willingness to step into something new without having all the answers, that’s what made this quarter meaningful. ♥️
There’s still a long way to go.
And that’s the exciting part. 🚀
