Welcome Nimendra, our new Director & CEO!

Nimendra is no stranger to CFCY, having been part of the community since its early days, he has spent the last 8 years not only training with us, but helping shape the culture that defines it today. From member to leadership, his journey reflects a deep-rooted commitment to the CFCY ethos of consistency, community, and continuous improvement.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Outside the gym floor, Nimendra brings a wealth of experience across consulting, operations, and digital transformation. Beginning his career at PwC as an Audit Associate, he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, risk management, and business processes.

He later transitioned into ERP consulting and digital transformation, working closely with organizations to streamline operations, implement systems, and drive efficiency at scale.

Prior to this, Nimendra also led operations in the manufacturing and construction space, managing large-scale projects and teams, delivering high-value contracts, and ensuring operational excellence under pressure.

CFCY & LEADERSHIP
At CFCY, Nimendra oversees the strategic and operational direction of the business. From member experience to process improvement, he works closely with the team to ensure that the gym continues to evolve while staying true to its core identity.

Having been on both sides, both as a long-time member and now as CEO, he brings a unique perspective to the role. He understands firsthand what makes a great class, a strong community, and an environment that people want to show up to every day.

You’ll usually find him on the floor getting a session in, quietly competing, or making sure everything runs as smoothly as a perfectly synced team WOD. Make sure to say hi when you see him!
