" Waking up every morning, instead of rushing to start our day, we can welcome the beautiful sights and sounds that our eyes and ears have to offer. Can you see the beautiful white clouds and blue sky? Or the dark sky gently telling you to enjoy the scenic sunrise that it is about to present? Do you notice every cell of your body blooming like flowers as you feel the warm embrace of the sunlight? How about the music that your ears and the birds are playing together?

This insightful practice only takes a few minutes and can be boosted with deep conscious breathing. It will help us to recognise that there is already an abundance of conditions for our happiness and if we always start our day in such a calm and mindful manner, happiness will become a habit. Isn't it a wonderful thing to be happy without desire? When we realise that we have the capacity to be happy, it will give our minds the space and clarity to focus on our priorities...."

"Let's Grow Spiritually"

In these difficult times, it is natural to feel fear, sadness, anger, and uncertainty. We should remember that these feelings are human, and we are not alone in experiencing them. When the mind becomes overwhelmed, we can gently bring our attention to the breath—slowly breathing in and out, allowing the body to relax little by little. We can try to take one day at a time, without worrying too much about the past or the future. Even in hardship, small acts like sharing food, kind words, or helping one another can bring strength and hope. We should keep our minds close to loving-kindness by wishing safety and peace for ourselves and others. We can protect our bodies by resting when possible, eating simple food, and caring for our health as best as we can. When painful thoughts arise, we do not need to fight them; we can gently observe them and let them pass like clouds in the sky. When possible, we can speak with someone we trust and share our hearts. We should remember that all conditions are changing, and this suffering will not last forever. By keeping patience, mindfulness, and compassion, we can slowly find inner strength and peace within ourselves.

May all beings who are suffering due to war and economic crisis be safe and protected.
May we be free from fear, danger, and suffering and its causes.
May we find strength, courage, and support in our lives.
May we not be separated from peace, comfort, and hope.
May all beings live with calm minds, kind hearts, and mutual understanding.

May the Noble Triple Gem—the Buddha, the Dhamma, and the Saṅgha—bless you, your and families, and all beings to have good health, peace, safety, strength, and happiness. May you and all sentient beings be free from all sicknesses, worries, dangers, and suffering. I am sharing merits and mettā with all...!
