Yas Lands (Pvt) Ltd., has been on the Sri Lankan real estate scene from 2012 and has fast earned a reputation as a vendor of quality lands and homes at reasonable rates. Our start was humble with just 03 employees and today we stand tall with a staff strength of 10 and ever growing base of clients. Imaginative and innovative approaches to the market, our market focus and meticulous attention to detail, integrity and strong financial discipline, and above all our ‘CUSTOMER IS KING POLICY’ has won for us the confidence of our clients and since our inception we at Yas Lands (Pvt) Ltd have successfully completed 30 projects.

We are located at an easily accessible location at 139/C Siddamulla for the convenience of our clients. Our two Directors, 04 sales staff, 03 administrative staff and 01 accounts staff are all geared and committed to giving our clients the best possible choice in lands and homes at prime locations within their budgets whether they are high, medium or low budgets. We will also provide legal support and help you get the requisite permits etc. We are also able to customize our packages to meet your every need.
