🧒 Most kids aren't taught critical life skills for self-confidence and success. 🧒

Why is that? Have you ever learned something and thought,

"I wish I had known this when I was a kid?"

I know I have. That thought is what led me to the Adventures in Wisdom Life Coach for Kids certification; because I know that I struggled with so much throughout my formative years. Everyone does, right? But we plod along, and at some point in our adult lives, we begin the process of UNlearning harmful habits and thinking and THEN we begin to teach ourselves healthier mind and body habits.

Doesn't it feel a little upside down?

🌟 What if children are given all the tools they need to develop soaring self-esteem and powerful self-confidence?

🌟 What effect will daily habits of mindfulness and gratitude have on a developing child?

🌟 What will happen if children are armed against peer pressure BEFORE they confront it?

I think life will be an extremely different kind of adventure for such children! 😎

I won't give you the statistics of the increasing rates of anxiety and depression amongst the pre-teen crowd within the last few years. Suffice it to say, it is alarming. We need to do something to help our children.
