Guess what ? It's back folks ! Most awaited street event held in Sri Lanka yet again happening this year BIGGER & BETTER !
"There are unmistakable “Papara” bands that play age-old tunes! We scale up walls, fall down trees, play with irate authorities, throw water into classrooms, shriek, scream, rawr, run, clamber and run some more. We’re right to call it the “Psycho Parade” for that’s exactly it may seem like for casual observer. But for the partaker, this is a time of uncontrollable fun – most good natured – and part of a longer tradition of being a schoolboy, and a DON!"
