It’s easy to use - just mix a 10 g portion of meringue powder with 10 ml of water and it’s equivalent to one egg white.
It can be used to make not only meringue, but also fluffy royal icing and Snow White buttercream that are perfect for piped decorations that won’t melt in warmer temperatures.
