We’re looking for an R&D Engineer Intern – AI to join our team.

At Akwid Labs, we build practical technology across AI, telecom, and fintech. Our R&D team explores new models, evaluates emerging techniques, and turns research concepts into working systems that solve real business problems.
This role is for someone who enjoys experimentation, structured thinking, and working close to the core of intelligent systems.

🧠 What you’ll do
▪ Research and evaluate machine learning and deep learning approaches
▪ Design and run experiments using real datasets
▪ Assist in building and fine-tuning AI models
▪ Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
▪ Read and interpret research papers, then translate theory into prototypes
▪ Support integration of AI components into production systems

🎯 Qualifications
▪ Pursuing or completed degree in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
▪ Strong Python skills
▪ Understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation techniques
▪ Familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
▪ Solid mathematical foundation in statistics and linear algebra
▪ Curiosity, analytical thinking, and experimental mindset

We’re looking for a PowerApps Developer to join our team.

🔧 What you’ll do
▪ Design and build business applications using Microsoft Power Apps
▪ Automate workflows using Power Automate
▪ Integrate apps with SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs, and third-party systems
▪ Improve existing processes through digital transformation solutions
▪ Create user-friendly interfaces for operational teams
▪ Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications

🎯 Qualifications
▪ Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
▪ Strong understanding of business process automation
▪ Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Office 365 ecosystem
▪ Experience integrating REST APIs and external data sources
▪ Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Power Fx, or related technologies
▪ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to usability
