A crucial part of your baby’s emotional development and a solid platform for their future relationship with the world. 🌎 By 12-18 months old all early relationships will be neurally encoded into your baby’s brain and used as “rules” or “templates” - LIFELONG. That’s why it’s extremely important to let your baby feel love, affection, tenderness, care, encouragement - all these are big blocks of their “relationship scheme” acquired through “known but not remembered” early experience and safely kept in limbic system of their brain. 🗝🧸🎈
In some situations the limbic system sets off the alarm 🚨 - and that’s when your child subconsciously feels there is a direct threat to his health or life. Losing a bond with his parents is subconsciously a threat of high intensity to any child and his reactions to it are stress and later on what we may call “bad behavior”. 😈👻😸
🧶 A healthy bond between you and your child is a safety rope of your relationship. When you are angry with your child, when you scold him or shout at him, he feels this rope becomes loose and he starts pulling it as if to check: “Are you still mine? Are you still here with me? Do you still care about me? If I do something bad - will you still love me?”. 👶
