​Photography has been my grounding force for 15 years. It teaches your brain to look for the good in every single day. Here is my 3-step routine when I feel burnout creeping in:
​1️⃣ Macro Minute: Focus on something tiny—a leaf texture, a water drop. It makes big problems feel smaller.
2️⃣ Chase the Light: Go out during Golden Hour. Remember that even the stress you feel right now is temporary, just like the light.
3️⃣ Document the Boring Stuff: Photograph your messy desk or your walk to the store. Find the beauty in the mundane.
