An engaging awareness programme for Vidatha Officers was successfully conducted by Janathakshan, in collaboration with the Vidatha Head Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology.

The sessions focused on Solar Fish Drying Technology and the Kitul Value Chain in Sri Lanka, delivered by Janathakshan experts Mr. Chaminda Jayalath and Mr. Gemunu Wijesena. Around 100 Vidatha Officers joined the programme online, actively participating and engaging in discussions.

The programme was further strengthened by the presence of Hon. Minister Prof. Chrishantha Abeysinghe, Secretary to the Ministry of Science and Technology, Mr. Y.L. Mohamed Nawawi, and officials from the Ministry.

We look forward to strengthening collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology, promoting innovative solutions and sustainable technologies across Sri Lanka.
