mix of timber and glazed on power coated aluminium extrusions. Floors are all concreted. The
floor finishes are tiles and carpets. The RCC staircase is tiled and provided with class I timber
railings.
Total floor area - 145,286 sq.ft.
(b) The banquet building
This is a five storied star class building.
The roof is of RCC flat. The walls are of brick masonry plastered and emulsion painted in
pleasing colours. The doors & windows are a mix of timber and glazed on power coated
aluminium extrusions. Floors are all concreted. The floor finishes are tiles and carpets. The
RCC staircase is tiled and provided with class I timber railings.

(c)Staff quarters and machinery building
This is a two storied building.
The roof is of RCC flat. The walls are of brick masonry plastered and emulsion painted. The
doors & windows are glazed on aluminium extrusions. Floors are all cemented and an external
