Dengue is one of our major public health challenges, and the need for strengthened and coordinated action is clear, said Dr Catharina Boehme, Officer-in-Charge, WHO SEARO who today opened a meeting of Regional Technical Advisory Group (RTAG) and Programme Managers Meeting on Dengue and Arboviral Diseases. The meeting will also be reviewing the latest draft of the Regional Action Plan for the Prevention and Control of Dengue and other Arboviral Diseases.
