Featuring voices of buddhist monks, members of Hmong and Red Dao tribes, traditional singers as well contemporary 'rap viet' artists and mesmerizing sounds of various traditional instruments, like dan bao monochord, 16 strings zither dan trang, sao truc and sao meo flutes, dan nguyet lute, t'rung bamboo xylophone and dan moi jaw harp..

Following the concept of previously relased Sri Maha Bodhiya Dub single-this new ep going back to the powerful mystical healing sounds of traditional buddhist chants of pirith (or paritta eg. https://tropicaldubconnection.bandcamp.com/album/sri-maha-bodhiya-dub )
This ancient tradition is widely spread across theravada buddhist countries, mainly Sri Lanka and Thailand, however this type of chanting have ancestral links with other cultures and religions..(eg. psalms, hindu mantras, sufi dhikr etc.) Deep, contemplative, hypnotic voices of Sinhalese and Thai monks chanting stories from Buddhas life and his teachings and prayers for guidance and protection. Spiritually cleaning spaces, as well as minds of listeners from all negative energies...
Together with sounds of traditional instruments like bamboo flutes, sitar, tanpura and various bells and gongs meets with meditative dub roots n steppa style

Latin, Caribbean, African and Indian grooves like Cumbia, Afrobeat,Samba, Bhangra, Carnatic etc. meets skanking beats, heavyweight basslines and spaced out echoes... Other branches of the same tree are Reggae riddims of various subgenres - instrumentals or featuring various artists from around the world as well as Drum n Bass, EDM & Ambient remixes.
T.D.C. is a project of veteran guitarist, bass player and producer Tomas a.k.a. Dub T. With 20 years of experience working and touring with international artists from Caribbean, Africa, Latin America and Europe. Blessed and humbled by having the chance to share the stage with many legends, while performing with various Reggae, R'n'B and World Music groups at Europe's biggest festivals...Currently based in Sri Lanka surrounded with tropical nature and peaceful ambience of the island, making good use of all his experience fully focused on the “TDC project” collaborating with internationally acclaimed producers like Dougie Wardrop - Sounds and on mixing and mastering.
