We have a great opportunity for you! Serena Burgess, Founder of TheOmSpace in Colombo and myself, Eva Priyanka Wegener, co-founder of Sri Yoga Shala developed Innerguru Training for you in 2018.

We are both Sri Lankan by origin and will share our deep love for this island paired with our (over the years of living and studying) deepened understanding, our ongoing study and love for the ancient art of Yoga and and its application to every day life.

ABOUT US:
We are practitioners of +20 years, born between Sri Lanka, the UK and Germany, found each other almost 10 years ago when we both relocated to the country of our origin and discovered our shared curiosity for Yoga.

ABOUT INNERGURU TRAINING
An immersive deep dive, running 6 days a week for 3 weeks with early morning starts from 5.30am to late afternoons around 6pm. We will explore the ancient and traditional, always with an eye for the contemporary context.

Either become a teacher or come to establish your own voice and practice - Yoga provides a set of tools to help get to know yourself and to get better „at life“ itself - a self practice which can also be shared with others.

🦴 Yoga Anatomy will be shared in form of an Online Course by David Keil, a Yoga Practitioner and Anatomy Geek since many years.
🐍 Fiona Raymond, Kundalini Teacher and Teacher Trainer, will share her insights about the Elements and the Chakras from her perspective as a Kundalini practitioner.
🪷 A conversation with Sri Lankan born Tibetan Buddhist nun Tenzin Lekdron will guide us deeper into our philosophic subjects and how to apply them in everyday life’s
