Monrovia – The Monrovia City Corporation (MCC) has welcomed fifty young Liberians under the Government of Liberia’s Young Intern Development Program (YIDP), an initiative spearheaded by the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning (MFDP).
The interns have been deployed across various departments of the Corporation, including urban governance, sanitation, city planning, youth development, and public administration. The program is designed to provide hands-on professional experience while preparing participants to contribute to national growth and development.

The Mayor extended appreciation to the Government of Liberia and the Ministry of Finance and Development Planning for recognizing the role of city governance in national development and including MCC in the program.
