OUR STORY

The “Young Professional Development Program (YPDP)” is a career-driven program tailored toward empowering young and enterprising emerging leaders in Africa. The organization was established on October 1, 2018, by a team of young visionary leaders from Liberia, Ghana, and Nigeria, predicated upon recognizing the human capacity development gap amongst youth in the sub-region and the continent at large. This is considered major challenge countries on the African continent are faced with in achieving major development priorities and Liberia and the African youths are not an exception. Our program is aimed at connecting the development and empowering young peoples from Liberia especially women and girls and their counterparts on continent whom the future of Africa depends on ethical leadership, good governance, entrepreneurship, and technology. Since the inception of our program, we have been offering a full range of pre-employment and in-service advance ethical training programs with a new world of opportunities as described to learners of all youthful ages and abilities, who are working to transform their communities for socio-economic development and prosperity.
