The Wild Chimpanzee Foundation (WCF) is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee infrastructure projects supporting conservation and community development 🌱

🗓️ Contract Duration: Approx. 9 months (2026–2027, with break during rainy season)

🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Supervise construction & renovation projects (roads, camps, schools, solar, WASH, etc.)
• Manage contractors, community labor & materials
• Ensure quality, timelines & compliance
• Collaborate with government (FDA), communities & project teams
• Support design, budgeting & site selection

🎓 Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision (rural Liberia)
• Background in engineering or construction
• Strong experience with NGOs/government projects
• Proven leadership & communication skills
• Ability to work in remote areas & ride a motorbike 🏍️
