Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) are human rights that guarantee every person the freedom to make informed, voluntary, and dignified choices about their body, sexuality, and reproduction, without discrimination, violence, or coercion.
When SRHR are respected, individuals, families, and communities are healthier, more empowered, and better able to thrive.
At Access4Health, we believe that adolescents and young people deserve access to accurate information, quality services, and non-judgmental care for their sexual and reproductive health. This includes access to modern contraception, comprehensive sexuality education, safe pregnancy and childbirth services, and protection from sexual and gender-based violence and harmful practices.
Our team is committed to creating safe spaces where everyone—especially girls, young women, and vulnerable groups—can ask questions, seek support, and make informed decisions about their health and future. We work with communities, schools, and health facilities to promote respect, confidentiality, and dignity in all SRHR services.
When we invest in SRHR, we are investing in gender equality, education, and sustainable development for our communities.
Join us as we continue to advocate for a world where every person can exercise their SRHR and live a healthy, empowered life.
