Endless Empowerment at LCN Workshop – Day 1 Highlights (Maseru) 23/03/2026
Endless Empowerment is proud to be participating in the Day 1 workshop hosted by the Lesotho Council of NGOs (LCN) in Maseru.
We are honored to contribute to this important platform, ensuring that the voices of young people are meaningfully included in capacity-building trainings and plenary discussions.
The workshop also forms part of the Women in Leadership Training Workshop under the project theme: “Supporting Community-Driven Violence Reduction and Sustainable Peace in Lesotho. ” This initiative is key in empowering women and youth to take active roles in leadership, peacebuilding, and community development.
Day 1 focused on strengthening knowledge and understanding of peace and security issues affecting our communities, equipping participants with practical insights to drive change.
As Endless Empowerment, we remain committed to advancing youth participation in building peaceful, inclusive, and secure communities across Lesotho.
Supported by the Secretary-General’s Peacebuilding Fund through United Nations Development Programme and UN Women.

Exciting News from Endless Empowerment!
We are proud to share that Ms. Matseliso Ratau, Founder and Executive Director of Endless Empowerment, has been elected Vice Secretary of the Mafeteng District Youth Anti-Corruption Sensitization Committee.
This 10-member committee will soon participate in a joint training workshop in Mohale’s Hoek, collaborating with the Mohale’s Hoek Youth Committee to strengthen youth-led initiatives in promoting integrity and fighting corruption.
Endless Empowerment is inspired by the confidence young people place in our leadership. We are committed to empowering youth to be champions of transparency, driving positive change, and supporting national efforts in integrity, accountability, and good governance.
Together, we are shaping a corruption-free, accountable, and empowered future for our communities!

Youth United Against Corruption – Mafeteng District
On 10 February 2026, the Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences (DCEO), in collaboration with Mafeteng District youth structures, successfully hosted a Youth Anti-Corruption Sensitization Workshop at Khatholoha under the theme: “Uniting with Youth Against Corruption: Shaping Tomorrow’s Integrity.”
The workshop strengthened youth understanding of corruption, its forms, causes, and impact on development, while encouraging young people to become ambassadors of integrity within their communities.
Endless Empowerment proudly participated in the workshop and contributed to meaningful discussions on ethical leadership, youth accountability, transparency , and community-based anti-corruption initiatives. The engagement highlighted the critical role of youth organisations in promoting civic responsibility and rejecting corrupt practices.
The session concluded with a strong call for young people to report corruption freely and commit to integrity as the foundation for sustainable development.

On 14 February 2026, we proudly joined Maleah Foundation and One Billion Rising Lesotho at Makoanyane Square for the inspiring Youth Rising Festival. It was truly a wonderful and empowering celebration under the theme: “Rising for Our Bodies, Our Earth, Our Future.”
The day began with a symbolic walk against Gender-Based Violence from the Convention Centre to Makoanyane Square turning our bodies into a living message for justice, dignity, and a violence-free world for children and youth.
Youth Festival celebrated through dance, voices, art, and powerful testimonies all united in standing against violence and advocating for a safer future.
Endless Empowerment was honoured to join and actively participate in this meaningful movement.

📍Youth Power Hub Networking Pitso
Youth representatives from all 10 districts of Lesotho are gathered at the Manthabiseng Convention Centre for the Networking Pitso, bringing together young entrepreneurs, aspiring business owners, and youth leaders from both the formal and informal economy.
The dialogue focuses on innovative and inclusive financial solutions for sustainable livelihoods, with young people engaging duty bearers directly on access to finance, skills development, and entrepreneurship support.
Panel Discussion:
Young entrepreneurs with established, working businesses shared their journeys, challenges, milestones, funding opportunities accessed, and the gaps their businesses are solving. Key challenges highlighted include high collateral requirements, limited financial literacy, and risk-averse financial systems.
Unified youth call:
Financial systems must be inclusive and responsive to young people’s realities.
Youth unemployment remains a national priority, and today’s discussions place access to finance at the centre of youth livelihood strategies, aligned with Lesotho’s employment and inclusive growth objectives.
Endless Empowerment actively participated in the dialogue.
