"He was an unregistered security guard. Quit his job and started a kota business. Started making +35k per month. He Bought a brand new car, threw a white wedding. That's when the villagers decided no longer to buy from him. Several kota places opened nearby. He is a guard now.

He didn't do anything wrong, it's the villagers ( community) who didn't want to see him buying nice things with business money. He did well for a few years lying low. As soon as he started spending and showing that he was making good money they stopped buying from him. Citing that they also want to get into the kota business suddenly (crab mentality)

This is a common in the black community, when they see someone succeed in a particular business, they start same business as them and call it healthy competition... theres no such thing as healthy competition in business, ke boloi fela(This is witchcraft).

I'm sure you've heard and seen people pointing at a successful or succeeding local hustler and say "that's our money" 😒"

Weddings are not for every Thabo and P**e. Weddings are meant for wealthy people, who are able to maintain the same financial status even after the wedding. There is no Shame in simply doing Marriage blessings.

Don't become poorer over a wedding. Some people have gone to the extent of borrowing money for a wedding in the quest of impressing a crowd. The crowd you are trying to impress will not be there to help you pay back loans and debt. Moreover, the same crowd will laugh at you when your marriage breaks down due to Financial Challenges.

I have seen many people Strugle in debt and leave a miserable life after over spending on a one day event Called a " wedding".

And lastly don't drug family members and freinds into hosting your extravagant wedding. Everyone has personal Money problems. Simply inform your freinds and family that you will be getting married, then they will decide willfully whether to help or not.
