There’s a lot of misinformation out there, and it’s time we change that. Menstrual health is natural, normal, and nothing to be ashamed of. Yet, many people still grow up hearing things that create fear, silence, and stigma around it.

At Touch Roots Africa, we are breaking that silence. We’re encouraging open conversations, sharing correct information, and reminding everyone that menstrual hygiene is about dignity, health, and respect. 💙
