PISA continues to capacitate community structures so that they can improve on service delivery at community level and good governance of citizens.PISA trained chiefs at Ha Majara in Berea District. Participants were trained on roles and responsibilities discharged by chiefs, Land act, Range management, Heirs, and chief's succession as it is written in ( molao oa Lerotholi 1968 No.22), child protection act which stipulates process of nomination for caretaker or guardian. This training was organized and facilitated by LNFOD in collaboration with legal department and office of chieftainship. and European Union in Lesotho

PISA engaged with Ha Masienyane citizens in Semonkong to identify priority needs of citizens so that the dialogue can take place on the pressing priority need. The identified needs were: road, water, toilets, woolshed, clinic and electricity. Road was the priority need for the community. In this public gathering all sectors of the society were represented: youth, men, women and people with disability. The session was facilitated by PISA implementing partner development for Peace education (DPE)
