We Are Hiring:
Head of Finance and Administration.

Are you an experienced financial leader with a knack for corporate administration? A premier insurance brokerage firm in Maseru, Lesotho is looking for a dynamic Head of Finance and Administration to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finances, including general ledger and payroll.
- Prepare management accounts and coordinate the annual budgeting process.
- Supervise administrative, HR, and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with RSL CBL, and IFRS standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Professional designation like CA, ACCA, or CIMA is highly preferred, along with at least five years of experience.
- Competency in Sage Pastel, advanced MS Excel, and a valid driver's license.
