Hello 👋 Family, remember to say this to yourself!

I am allowed to feel this pain, but I am not defined by it.

My heart may be broken, but it is still beating, still loving, still healing. As a proof of life!

Each tear is proof that I cared deeply, and that is not weakness.

I am learning to let go of what hurt me, not of who I am. I am never giving up on myself!

I will not rush my healing. I will rise, softly, in my own time. I will heal with time!
