Disability Inclusion Specialist

About the Project

BAM Group Foundation (BGF) is implementing project funded by the WYDE | Women’s Leadership as a grantee, a programme aimed at strengthening young women’s leadership, transforming social norms, and enhancing women’s participation in political and governance processes in Lesotho.

BAM Group Foundation seeks a Disability Inclusion Specialist to provide technical support on inclusive programme implementation and accessibility integration.

Scope of Work
• Advise on disability-inclusive programme design and implementation
• Develop accessibility standards and inclusion protocols
• Support disability-focused leadership training
• Guide reasonable accommodation measures across project events
• Monitor inclusion indicators and accessibility compliance

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Disability Studies, Social Inclusion, Development, or related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in disability inclusion programming
• Demonstrated experience working with organisations of persons with disabilities

BAM Group Foundation seeks qualified media professionals / firms to support the production and dissemination of strategic communications content under the WYDE Women’s Leadership Initiative.
Scope of Work
• Produce radio, video, print, and digital campaign content
• Support scripting, filming, editing, photography, and graphic design
• Develop campaign materials aligned to women’s leadership messaging
• Support content dissemination across multiple platforms
• Track reach and provide media analytics where applicable
Requirements
• Proven experience in multimedia production and communications campaigns
• Portfolio of relevant previous work
• Experience in development/gender/social impact communications preferred

About the Project
BAM Group Foundation (BGF) is implementing the WYDE Women’s Leadership Initiative, a programme aimed at strengthening young women’s leadership, transforming social norms, and enhancing women’s participation in political and governance processes in Lesotho.

Position Summary
BGF seeks to engage a Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to design, implement, and oversee the project’s M&E systems, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, reporting, and learning across all outputs. The M&E Specialist will work closely with programme and operations teams to ensure compliance with UN Women reporting requirements and results-based management standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and operationalise the project M&E framework and tools
• Design baseline, monitoring, and endline data collection methodologies
• Track progress against indicators across all outputs and activities
• Lead data collection, verification, and quality assurance processes
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and final M&E reports aligned to UN Women requirements
• Support learning, reflection, and adaptive programme management
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all M&E evidence

Required Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in M&E of projects
• Strong experience with results-based management and indicator tracking
• Proven experience with baseline and endline studies
• Experience working with UN agencies or international development partners is an added advantage
• Strong data analysis skills (quantitative and qualitative)
• Excellent report writing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
