Job Title: Reception Manager x 1

Minimum Requirements:
• Degree in Business Management plus five (5) years working experience in a similar institution or Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration with two (2) years working experience in a similar institution.
• Proven capacity to implement and support change initiatives and to provide leadership in times of uncertainty.
• Capable of supporting and advocating change initiatives and managing own reaction to change.
• Ability to instill an ethic of quality and consistency in self and others, and to establish constructive and effective relationships.

Position: Senior Accountant

We are looking to hire a Senior Accountant to join our team to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
• Compute tax payments and filing of tax returns with RSL
• Auditing Financial documents and procedures
• Reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns
• Tracking payments to internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing budget forecasts
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Reconcile accounts payables and receivables
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations
• Monitor short and long-term fund investments

Requirements and Skills
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the generally accepted accounting principles
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience in general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytic skills
• BSc in accounting, finance or a relevant degree
• Three years of working experience in a similar organisation
• One year experience working in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Sage Accounting software is a plus
