🐔🌿 Tonight's delight: Grilled Chicken with Herbed Butter! Simple yet incredibly flavorful. A Banting favorite that's sure to impress.
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 tablespoon fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or rosemary), finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken cooks, mix the softened butter with herbs and garlic to make herbed butter.
5. Once the chicken is done, remove from the grill and immediately top with a dollop of herbed butter.
6. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving as the butter melts over the warm chicken.
