FLEXITGO the Operational Excellence Department attended the conference “Occupational Safety and Health 2026”, held in Vilnius.

During the conference, participants deepened their knowledge in the field of occupational safety and health, discussed upcoming changes in legal requirements, and explored practical aspects of their implementation. Particular attention was given to topics related to employees’ emotional health and the promotion of emotional well-being in the workplace.

The conference also presented case studies from other organizations, showcasing how occupational safety and health cultures are developed, the challenges encountered, and ways to address them.

It was emphasized that the role of an occupational safety and health specialist goes beyond ensuring compliance and accident investigation and includes an active contribution to shaping organizational culture.
