Are you an experienced .NET developer, who is able to leading a team towards success? 😉

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic development team and take charge of architectural decisions, coaching the team on industry-leading practices, and driving the adoption of optimal strategies and methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented developers and foster collaboration
- Refactor and optimize existing codebase to enhance system performance and maintainability
- Make architectural decisions that align with business objectives and ensure scalability and maintainability of the application
- Coach and mentor team members, guiding them on industry-leading practices and facilitating the implementation of good development practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective technical solutions

Requirements:
- Extensive experience in .NET development, with a strong focus on code refactoring
- Proven track record of leading a development team and making sound architectural decisions
- Solid understanding of ASP.NET, MVC, TypeScript, React, SQL Server, and T-SQL
