S.W.A.Y. project updates!

As part of the SWAY project, we organized local activities for seniors, watched the project videos together, and tried out the exercises in practice. 💙 It was a great opportunity to stay active, learn new movements, and have fun together. 😊

Finally, we're bringing a training course to our home city – Vilnius, Lithuania! 🇱🇹✨

We’re looking for participants from Lithuania to join us in this exciting project. 📢

🔹 The project strengthens youth participation, civic engagement, and youth-led dialogue by connecting local actions with European cooperation, while promoting the EU Youth Strategy and the 11 European Youth Goals.
